Working with leading home finance experts, Budding Culture developed a series of ebooks for Mountain America designed to educate and inform first time home buyers on how to plan, finance and purchase their first home. Titles include “The ABCs of Buying Your First Home” and “Manage the Mortgage Process Like a Pro.”

An ongoing series of blog posts and social media content centered around the rallying cry of “YesHome” – that the dream of homeownership is achievable, helped get the conversation going with potential home buyers.
Videos like this example featuring Mountain America’s partnership with the Humane Society of Utah created additional buzz and drove traffic to blog posts and other lower-funnel content targeting first time home buyers.
Focused, prospect building landing pages serve as targeted campaign destinations. In exchange for contact information, prospective home buyers were able to download one of Mountain America’s ebooks.
